A few words about Benidorm

Benidorm is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Spain, located on its eastern coast. Its shores are bathed by the waters of the Mediterranean Sea, while the city is guarded and dominated on three sides by mountain ranges that offer superb views: the Sierra Helada, Aitana and Tussal de Cala. Two curved bays guard the city on its fourth side, so Benidorm not only enjoys breathtaking surroundings, but it is protected from adverse weather. This means that Benidorm is a great tourist destination all year round, so you should take it into consideration for one of your holidays!

Having fun

Benidorm is a city in which people don’t easily get bored, as there are too many things to do. Tourists will use their energy by trying water sports such as kayaking, water skiing, jet- skiing, scuba diving or snorkeling. If you prefer the fresh water, visit the Aqualandia Water Park and enjoys its zigzags, its cascades, the waterfalls or the kamikaze rides. After you’ve tried all these, visit the Foietes sports complex, the place where those who have a lot of energy can use it on bowling alleys, horseback riding, tennis, golf, trekking and even adventure expeditions, as the surroundings of Benidorm are great for something like this.

Going to the beach

As Benidrom’s shores are bathed by the crystal clear waters of the villas in spain, going to the beach is one of the preferred activities, as the sun is extremely warm and offers you the possibility to get a nice tan. The Levante Beach represents the most populated area in Benidorm, ideal for snorkeling and swimming beginners, as the waters are shallow and crystal clear. The best beach in Benidorm is the Poniente beach, which is also the longest but definitely not the most crowded.

Other ways of having fun

Benidorm is a great city to visit during a holiday, as you have a long list of entertainment possibilities at your disposal. After you get bored of all the outdoors activities, enter a bar or a pub, enjoy the friendly atmosphere and taste the traditional tapas. When the night comes upon the city don’t expect it to go to sleep, as Benidorm is renowned as being a paradise for party animals, having Ibiza as main rival. Try some of the night clubs playing modern music, taste the local drinks and enjoy your free days!
